I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing therapy for depression, anxiety, anger and grief counseling. I work with couples who are married, in a relationship or want premarital therapy. All of this is done In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients’ individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.

Individual counselling is an opportunity to talk about the things that concern you. We will look at how those relationships impact the way you feel and how those feelings can impact your behaviour.
